Emmi's 3rd Birthday

School was canceled due to the snow on Emmi's birthday so we spent the day with friends! We began with a birthday lunch at Red Robin. Ava, Tomi, Calista, Gracie, and Lindsey joined us! All the girls enjoyed ice cream sundaes after lunch. Then they played the video games in Red Robin for a while before we headed off to Easton to paint their nails. All four girls had their nails painted and sat like little ladies! Afterwards, we went strolling through Easton. The pretzel man at Auntie Anne's sang happy birthday to Emilia. We ended up in Claire's letting the girls look through all the accessories. They went a little crazy and Tomi and I had to entertain them outside the door while Lindsey paid for the goodies! We sang "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes", "Itsy Bitsy Spider", and Ring Around the Rosie". Finally Lindsey came back out and we exited the mall! The girls had a great day together. Happy Birthday little girl!

The Beginning

For my Sweet Emmi,
I started a paper notebook for you to read when you are older, but I love the idea of a collection of notes and pictures for you to to always have!

I have wanted to do something like this for a long time for Emmi to have when she is older. I am sorry it took three years to begin. Emilia Kathleen was born on February 16th, 2007. She was 7 lbs and 15 oz and 19 1/4 inches. She was born with the chubbiest cheeks ever!

It is so hard to believe that she just turned three! She is the most special little person in our lives. We love her more than anything. Happy Birthday baby girl.
